KBR has secured a two-year extension of its engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM) contract with Basra Oil Company (BOC) for the Majnoon Oil Field in Iraq.
Under this renewed agreement, KBR will continue delivering comprehensive EPCM services aimed at sustaining production targets, enhancing operational efficiency, maximizing local content, and further improving safety performance.
“This extension reflects the strong collaboration between KBR and BOC, and underscores our commitment to Iraq’s national energy objectives and the continued development of the Majnoon field, one of the country’s most important oil assets,” said Jay Ibrahim, President of KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions. “We remain dedicated to supporting local capacity-building and contributing to Iraq’s long-term energy resilience.”
