Kent has announced its continued collaboration with OXEA Corporation through a long-term Engineering Services Agreement and the award of detailed engineering services for a major specialty chemicals project at OXEA’s Bay City facility.
The work is part of a three-year Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed between Kent and OXEA in 2025, providing a framework for the execution of engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCm) services across OXEA’s operations.
As part of this partnership, Kent successfully completed the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) phase for a strategic specialty chemicals project in early 2026. Following this achievement, OXEA awarded Kent the detailed engineering phase, with engineering activities currently progressing well and expected to be completed later this year.
The project represents a significant investment in specialty chemicals manufacturing and highlights OXEA’s focus on expanding its production capabilities while upholding strong standards of safety, quality and operational excellence.
In addition to the EPCm programme, Kent recently completed a comprehensive laser scanning campaign at OXEA’s Bay City facility, generating high-quality digital asset data to support future engineering, maintenance, and capital project initiatives.
This continued partnership demonstrates Kent’s capability to support clients across the complete project lifecycle, from early-stage studies and design through detailed engineering, procurement support, construction management and operational readiness.
With extensive expertise across the chemicals, energy and industrial sectors, Kent continues to deliver solutions that enable clients to execute complex projects safely, efficiently and successfully.
