TechnipFMC has secured a major integrated Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation (iEPCI™) contract from bp for the greenfield Tiber development in the Gulf of America.
The direct award builds on the engineering and equipment activities currently underway for bp’s first 20,000 psi (20K) Paleogene project, Kaskida, which was awarded to TechnipFMC in 2024.
Commenting on the award, Jonathan Landes, President, Subsea at TechnipFMC, stated:
“By building on the Kaskida iEPCI™ execution model and associated technologies, we are unlocking the benefits of repeatable and systematic delivery of integrated projects within a proven basin. This differentiated, technology-driven approach to greenfield development is underpinned by strong collaboration as well as technical innovation. We look forward to advancing both through the Tiber project.”
